Based in Gloucester, Fasthosts has two up-to-the-minute data centres housing thousands of web and mail servers, maintained 24×7.

Fasthosts claims to have the ultimate in security. Data centre access has secure access, guards and CCTV monitoring. Climate control keeps servers at optimum working temperatures and should the worst happen, the secure rooms are fitted with gas fire suppression systems.

APC X UPS give uninterruptible power to all servers. If an outage strikes, power is switched instantly with no interruption to a diesel generator capable of running for 30 days.

 		Not positive. Awful to deal with. I cannot understand how they are doing so well in this directory. I wanted to get out and have been unreasonably charged a LOT of money for no service at all. I really think you should NOT use this company.they have been reported to Gloucester Trading Standards and this will be pursued for as long as it takes for them to make their ts and cs crystal clear. Currently they are working in a very underhand way.

 		FASTHOSTS - consistently the worst reviewed providerSHAMEFUL! What an awful company to deal with. There are so many things wrong with their service and so many things not included in their packages which they omit to tell you or simply lie about. Fortunately, we kept our domains registered elsewhere, so that they cannot hold a gun to our heads. The only guarantee with this company is that you WILL have a problem - & when you do, their Customer support is dreadful. FastHosts are consistently the worst reviewed provider on all review sites i have seen - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I just wish i had checked more into this company on review sites like this one.If you do make the mistake of using them, their direct line number is: 01452 541499 (put it into your speed-dial list, you'll need it)
