| I would not use heart internet again - They are the worst hosting company i have ever used. Terrible customer service - Take transactions from credit cards without authorisation - try to sell there service as a CPanel host when they dont have CPanel hosting.AVOID HEART INTERNET - I BEG YOU. | ||||||||||
| Terrible company, recently cancelled a few domains that were due to renewal, however Heart Internet continued to renew to the value of £50.00 customer support very unhelpful basically calling customer a liar. A great shame as been with them for over 5 years Would recommend to search for another company that values it's customer over it's bottom line. A charge back has been issued against them for the fraudulent transaction. | ||||||||||
| Extremeley dissapoibted with Heart Internet was a loyal customer for over 4 years one of my businesses want bankrupt had explained I did not want my services renewed, and instead of cancelling my package they renewed it and then proceeded to keep charging my card for it which had no funds because I had not given them 14 days notice, customer services were horrible they offered no refund or cancellation option even though I was in dire circumstances. Aside this horrible experience the email server was poor constantly going down would not recommend to anyone stay clear ! | ||||||||||
| I have been using Heart for some years and have never had much to complain about until recently. It seems that even the best fall eventually. When I first started using Heart Internet a few years ago, their customer service was second to none. Now, unfortunately it seems that they can't be bothered to answer some requests for service, and when they do, they don't actually read the request properly - hence they don't give the correct solution. In my experience reliability are usually good, however some of their servers can be slow. Their service status notifications are usually bang on the money, their control panels are excellent, but their support for third party software recommended by them is sketchy, even taking one of my sites down when a problem developed with software supplied by them. All in all, I would recommend Heart to those who want reliable and competitive web-hosting, but don't expect a perfect ride : all web-hosting companies have a long way to go in improving service. |
