| I was with Host Papa for 2 days, supposedly still under their "money back guarantee". I wanted to change my domain name, and THEY advised me to cancel my order and start again. No-one bothered telling me this was going to cost me £30!!! They even kept the VAT on a product returned to me. And they didn't bother telling me that a change in domain name would only cost me £19. Well I've learnt my lesson, read the fine print carefully, but I would advise not using this company as they are liars and rip off merchants. But well done them, £30 for a little over 1 days hosting. Money back guarantee indeed. |

| Host Papa did and continue to do everything they promised. Yes there has been maybe two times there was a glitch in the system but I would stay at 99.99% up time. I am very happy with their service. |
