Everything was Ok until one day my sites were down due some servers updates and from that moment the tech support was so inefficient that I was 2 month with no service before I finally stop the contract. It was a madness, you don't want to read all they replays to my emails and still two of my nicks (pavelfernandez.co.uk and .com) are not online because they don't wan't to give me access to move those to a new name server.Summary
-uptime: Ok until you are just no online anymore.
-value: Is not expensive but neither particularly cheap.
- suport: ummm some times I guess no one was there and when someone was to the other side was incompetent and not aware.As usual you never knows how good is a service until you actually have a problem but do not bet at uk2 for your own good.
I'm not the only with the similar experience, google for reviews and you will find many other unfortunate users.
