| I have had some issues with my web hosting providers in the past so I have found myself changing around every time my contract would expire with other companies. I think I might have finally found someone worth hanging on too. UK2 has really great up time and for the beginner to intermediate level web users like myself I am able to do everything I need with their hosting services. I did recently try to switch my site to joomla hosting and had some problems, sure it was my fault. |

Just the other day I decided to give magento hosting a try because I wanted to see how easy it would be to start up my own online business. I have a car washing service and quickly set up a one page site that had all the information I needed. I set it up, went live with it, and guess what. | ordered a .com from them and ended up with a .co When I tried to cancel they cancelled it but wouldn't refund me???. Other providers do if you make a mistake or register wrongly. | i moved to uk after a bad experience with cheap ass hosting. whilst it may seem a good deal you have to realise that if you buy a service on the net for $20 you get 20 dollars worth of service. crackers to build and market a site with $20 hosting that'll bit you in the butt when you need it most. uk ask the right fee and then deliver, ive gone from home package to business hosting, to a reseller account and cant fault their service, where it has fallen over, and these things do, they fixed it fast and we looked for a solution. and found it. and the more uk2 service is invaluable. |

| For everyone that is saying that UK2 has a ton of down time when it comes to servers really hasn't been with this company for a long time. I've been with these guys for about 4 years now and have experienced very little down time. My servers are always up and running with little issues. Usually if there is a problem it is resolved quickly and professionally by a very friendly and courteous customer support staff that will go beyond their job to help their customers. | I've seen some pretty negative feedback about uk2's technical support, and I can't say I blame those people now that I had a chance to deal with the issue myself. It's quite time conduming. Everything was Ok until one day my sites were down due some servers updates and from that moment the tech support was so inefficient that I was 2 month with no service before I finally stop the contract. It was a madness, you don't want to read all they replays to my emails and still two of my nicks (pavelfernandez.co.uk and .com) are not online because they don't wan't to give me access to move those to a new name server.Summary
-uptime: Ok until you are just no online anymore.
-value: Is not expensive but neither particularly cheap.
- suport: ummm some times I guess no one was there and when someone was to the other side was incompetent and not aware.As usual you never knows how good is a service until you actually have a problem but do not bet at uk2 for your own good.
I'm not the only with the similar experience, google for reviews and you will find many other unfortunate users.
